Eren Yeager
Eren Yeager is the main character from the anime and manga "Attack on Titan" created by Hajime Isayama.
In the year 850, the remnants of human civilization are forced to live in cities surrounded by three massive walls to protect them from the Titans, mindless, giant, man-eating humanoid creatures. After losing his hometown and the life of his mother to the Titans, Eren Yeager has vowed to eliminate all titans so that all of mankind can be free.
Unlike the other members in the Scout Regiment, Eren possesses the unique ability to transform into a sentient titan: the aptly named Attack Titan.
Over the course of the story, Eren undergoes incredible character development and changes signifcantly as he slowly learns the true about the Titans and the fate of humanity. He is one of the most well-written protaganists in all of anime.
